The Senior Sisters Go a Different Way

While the young missionaries climbed, we explored.

How about this color? Many German women old and young choose it and other interesting bright colors.

Germans love to hike. There were many out this day.

Sister Wells has found her man.

This National Park has an amphitheater that could be Tuacan if the cliffs were red.

Here you see the theater.

On the way to the theater.

A walk through the town.

A little restuarant where we had lunch on the Elbe River. This was a big adventure for us as no one spoke English. Sister Gill played it safe as the only word she recognized looke like spagetti. On the other hand Sister Wells was adventurous and pointed to a meal in the Vegetarian section recognizing the word for vegetables. While we were waiting we saw a plate go to this table with a whole cooked fish on it...head, eyeballs fins and all. She got a little nervous. Her plate came with a big pile of wild mushrooms and two potato patties. Another adventure!

Such a picturesque place to sit down and eat lunch. I'm jealous!
